"RENTAL POLICY"  BEHR'S ESCAPE  MAUI CONDO 

Minimum stay 5 nights – Cleaning fee $80 for less than 7 nights stay.
$300 deposit required within 7 days for securing reservation 
($600 for 28+ days reservation). 
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season – 60 days in high season.

  This is a Non Smoking Unit - including Lanai.
Pets are not allowed.		 Non Smoking, Smoke Free, Condo in Maui, Hawaii
 

              
 

 
 
"CANCELLATION POLICY"   BEHR'S ESCAPE  MAUI CONDO RENTAL

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival.
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival –
60 days for high season. Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.
