Discounts  (5% to 15%)  available for repeat guests, and extended stays.

BASE RATES are based on a 7 night stay – double occupancy –
plus tax, US dollars
additional guests $10 per person per night

Minimum stay 5 nights – Cleaning fee $90 for less than 7 nights stay.
$300 deposit required within 7 days for securing reservation 
($600 for 28+ days reservation). 
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season – 60 days in high season.
Refundable security damage deposit included with final payment.
 

This is a Non Smoking Unit - including Lanai. Pets are not allowed.

$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival.
All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 45 days of scheduled arrival –
60 days for high season. Cancellation on or after arrival - all funds forfeited.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY   BEHR'S ESCAPE  MAUI CONDO RENTAL
The refundable deposit is fully refundable if the condo is left in good order and the keys are returned to the lockbox ($50 fee for any lost keys). Additional charges may be incurred for any breakage, damage, or housekeeping charges beyond normal use, such an excessive laundry, unwashed dishes, or additional cleaning required. The deposit refund, less any deductions, will be mailed within  14-28 days of check-out. Refund will be determined by inspection provided by our housekeeper after your departure.
